RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why. You must pay for the freight and items must be received in original condition i.e. all labels attached.
Items must be returned within 10 days from delivery date (date will be on purchase receipt enclosed with items) in original packaging.
We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive your order.
All items will be quality-checked before being sent to you.
Please also ensure the goods are packaged so they won't get damaged, and send them appropriately tracked and insured. We can't accept liability for returns damaged or lost in transit. Please also email us when the return has shipped with tracking details, so we know to expect it.
If your refund is approved, you’ will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We regret we're unable to refund return postage charges.
